After being pretty dreadful for a couple of years around 2008 the quality of service and general atmosphere has certainly improved. employees mostly seem interested in serving customers well rather than just making a few dollars while they chat with their mates. table clean-up could be a little more regular and prompt, but perhaps this just reflects a difficulty in finding enough staff to do the job.

This restaurant is fantastic, looks great, great service, great food. i came here in 2008 and it was terrible but since it has been under new management it has been terrific

I love this mcdonalds! i go all the time. there is always this male manager with blonde hair who is really attractive, jason or james or something. yeah he is really hot and keeps me coming back for more!

I would like to say this maccy d's sets the bar for amazing service not only are there employers incredibly attractive mainly those fine young men making my burgers, they also insist on having better service then every other thing in the surrounding area,and seriously have you see the red haired manager id like a piece of that bottom, and damn there store is so clean i could of eat of the floors, or even that angry female managers rear end. but more or less i really like what they've done with the place they've made it 9001 times better.

I had the misforture of going into mcdonalds in tuggeranong on wednesday evening. i have gone on a few occassions in the last 18 months. i used to go regularly to this particular outlet but stopped as the standards had fallen dramatically. this seemed to coincide with a change of ownership. i thought i would give it another chance. my experience was not pleasent , i will not be going back in a hurry or ever if i can help it.
every table was covered in rubbish, rubbish was on the chairs & bench seats & the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a week. the area that should have housed the drinking straws, sugar, napkins etc was covered with newspaper, discarded the straws & other paper. the napkin dispenser were empty, no sugar (plenty of salt though) the straw dispenser was out of its hole, had the top off & straws were everywhere. the staff were having a great time. the young man behind the counter, who appeared to be on "behind the counter cleaning duty & drive through" called 4 times for someone to serve, in the end he served my companion. the counter had drink spilt all over it. it took 10 minutes for the order to appear, it was not busy only to be told they didn't have enough nuggets (only 5) & he would have to wait longer, he did get another 6 nuggets though. a young lady finally appearded, was not very happy, begrudgingly made me my coffee.
as we entered the premesis my companion & i both commented on the fact the the door we entered in was broken last time & still was. 2 out of the 3 doors into the premesis are broken, there are broken table & chairs.
w did advise the young man who served us that all the tables were dirty & another young man appeared from the back & move some of the rubbish into a black plastic bag. which he left sitting in front of the counter for about 10 minutes, right where customers were being served. he didn't clean off every table nor did he wipe them down , pick up the rubbish from the floor or clean off the chairs or bench seats. i didn't see or hear anyone who may have been in control, no evidence of a manager unless she was the one sitting down in the restaurant eating (not mcdonalds food) & discussing cans of drink with her friend - they had a 4 pack of cans that appeared to be of great interest.
i have been in mcdonald's restaurants all over the australia & in many other countries, this would have to be the worst.
