Really rude and appalling customer service. the waiter who served us,young chinese lady wearing jeans and brown jacket was not only rude and unfriendly but not attentive to us.despite alarming her that i dont eat pork due to religious reasons, she told me that i was responsible for making the wrong choice. how would i know that their fried rice has pork.not all restaurants serve pork in their fried rice.when i asked her if she can take the rice away, she pointed to the plate on the table and told me that i can do it myself and walked away!! it really spoit my dinner and wish we didnt go th

Worst service of my life!

Tonight i decided to order from my regular chinese restaurant, i called them on my way home and ordered take away, i ordered 2 seafood kueh tiaw and asked the receptionist to repeat my order, she confirmed my order of 2 x seafood kueh tiaw, i picked up my order and drove home, only to realize the order was wrong and i received 2 x beef kueh tiaw's, i called the restaurant and advised them they had made a mistake on the order (i could not eat it as i don?t eat red meat) after about 10 minutes of arguing over the phone they told me to come back and they would replace my order, so i drove all the way back to the restaurant which is about 15 minutes from my house, when i got back to the restaurant they advised me that i would need to pay the extra for seafood (after them telling me they would replace my order free of charge on the phone) they argued with me for about 10 minutes in front of all the patrons and eventually practically threw my bag of food at me, i prayed my order would be correct from my minute i got off the phone as they person who took my call was vague and uninterested in my order, so much for the customer always being right? i guess you can?t expect much more from tight asians.
