Two words to describe the food from this takeway, expensive & disgraceful.
chips were black from using rotting potatoes, fish greasy & unappetising. all thrown out.
don't bother going here

Terrible service!
i called up today and was told to hold, i was sitting on the phone for nearly 15 mins and i could hear them all talking in the background (not serving!)
also i have been in there numerous times and majority of the staff have no customer service manner at all.
when we do make orders we are told 10-15 mins but i have waited 20-30mins most of the time.
food is always good but that's about it

I called ahead to preorder my roast dinner and was told to arrive in 10mins.. i arrived early and was the only person in the store.. i stood at the counter for 5mins with several staff members walking past or standing right in front of me yet not even acknowledging i was standing there.. when i finally finally got someone to help me, she continued her conversation whilst 'serving' me..
i get home with my dinner to discover the baked potatos have clearly been reheated, they were grey, shrivelled, dry and rock hard.. my chicken was also quite dry and my meal was swimming in gravy that had a bright red oily film on top.. there was so much in the container that is spilled out all over me and my lounge as i sat down..
not happy at all.. the service was atrocious and the food was just as bad.. i only managed to eat the chicken, half of 1 potato and a mouthful of over cooked broccoli..
