 No atmosphere! overpriced! food average!

We bought a voucher from living social for $29 - value was $69 which is absurd......$18.50 normally for a main meal....we ordered butter chicken and all it was, was a bowl full of sauce with 4 bits of chicken. there was no music, no atmosphere.....oh apart from the baby cockroach that ran across our table! never again

Had a voucher to use, called to make reservation for 615, story goes:
me: hi i'd like to make a reservation
tm: sorry were fully booked.
me: fully booked ??
tm: yes sorry fully booked
me: mate you don't even know what time i want to come in, no fully booked.
tm: fully booked
my mother calls up 30 mins later: id like to make a booking for 615pm please, yes mam what name....
wtf ??
used a grabone voucher when i got there, get there for 615 and no other people in resturant at all. 710pm we leave an only 3 tables full.
was not fully booked at all. just didnt want to honor the voucher.
food was less than impressive, i have had better tasting food from indian jars from coles and woolies, only nice thing was the fresh bread.

I know indian food, have been to india & have bveen cooking it for over 20 years. this food is horrible and not fresh. we both walked out without eating.

Enjoyed a nice meal here - food was good, service was ok - nothing to complain about. other diners in restaurant at same time seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. no complaints !!

Taj mahal - huskisson.
5 prawns = 18.50
ordered fish = 18.50, didnt taste like fish, hardly any fish in the bowl
ordered rice for two, it wasnt even enouph for one.
food wasnt fresh.
total bill $77 for rice for two, 1 prawn dish, 1 fish dish and one more dish with some very old curries
