Hi, i like this place chefs are great and food is good.i have been coming here for 4 year. i just dislike the fact that i always have to ask for tea and fresh wasabi.. always seems like a drama.. i like my tea and drink a few cups of it along with my 6 plates.. i wish the service was a bit more attentive to that.. ..

My husband and i have been going to sushi central for years now, the staff and chefs know us very well because we're there so often. (sushi addicts!!) the girl with the sleeve tatts is actually really rad and funny, we love her! the food is always wonderful and i've never ever had a bad experience there in the whole time we've been going. husband is now starting to learn to speak fluently in the chefs dialect so he can have conversations with them and tell them how great they all are everytime we go back.

Loved it so much. i didn't know there was a sushi train in redcliffe. it's great cuz i don't have to go all the way to chermside for my favourite food :) fantastic service from tattoo girl :)

for everyone who's sooking about the chick with the tatts - get a grip! really you just singling her out because she has ink, which is ridiculous!people don't have to be cheery 100% of the time and i bet if you worked there you wouldn't be either!

My boyfriend started taking me to sushi 2 years ago and im never used to eat sushi but i love it. sushi central have wonderful staff excellent food. at an excellent price can not find a sushi place that is better then sushi central :)

I go there all the time. not as modern or fancy as other sushi train places, but has a friendly atmosphere. it's not dirty but could do with a good once over. i like the place!!!

The food is deliscious,the service is great. im not sure what girl yous are talking about. ive been coming there for years and they are all great. and the girl with the tattoos is actally really nice, you just need to talk to her.

Went here just recently and really enjoyed the food and my company, chefs were fantastic and friendly, was just disappointed in the chicks who take your money after your meal, was put off by the vibes i got from them, like i was doing something wrong by eating there or something! other then that good experience

I have been coming to this sushi train place for almost over couple years for dates andmy lovely chefs there knows what to cook for me and they really love me as i often come there for many reasons and they just have so much good vibes in the foo and in themselves, roe and prawn susi is my fav dish - and fried chicken is so unique, yum!! its the best place to be in for anything!! i would ask my man to marry me there!

As a once or twice weekly regular, we keep coming back. the variety has increased and it's always fresh. only problem is having to wait for seats on cheap nights, but it's worth it. happy with the simple decor, that keeps the prices lower.

This place is great, the food is fresh and cheap. i was actually quite impressed with the variety of the sushi and the service. it's cheap and tasty. i'd have to say i like this place better than sushi train at chermside. one of the girls that works there is a little quirky but i think that adds to the atmosphere. i will definitely be going back!

Tuesday nights are awesome, $2.50 for a reasonably priced plate. great variety, great value for money, you wouldn't be disappointed if you went there.

Sushi central - worth the stop

My nine year old daughter suggested we find this place after a friend at school told her about it. we were not dissappointed! if your kids like sushi/nori rolls this is perfect. the restaurant is not big, but the novelty factor is a huge hit. the variety of dishes was great and they were very reasonably priced in my opinion. the take away option is the same dishes from the train and very easy to co-ordinate.
