Service here can be terrible, even by fast food standards. the staff are too busy talking about boyfriends to pay attention to the order, have to repeat everything. just tried to eat a sub that had been made from a written order, no meat and other bits wrong. when asked why there was no meat on the (italian) bmt, she replied there was no meat written on the sheet.
