I am a repeat customer of stan's fish and chips and when i walk into the shop it feels like family with nick and stan. there is really good service at stans fish and chips and you feel welcome as you always get a good greeting

It was great food and very fresh. i loved the fish. it was really juicy. the pinapples were a bit soggy but other than that i loved it.

As my previous review said back in july i think the shop is great. the food is not dear as they have a family pack of 4 fish and a pile of chips for just $24.90. i was paying over $8.00 for a piece of fish in belmont and that was the cheapest one available. i tried the other fish shop in forrestfield and the fish they gave us was a cheap import. i argued this with the owner as he advertised snapper but he reckons his snapper is spelt differently so it doesnt need to be real aussie snapper. i definately prefer stans as the fish is australian caught.

I have been going to stans for 10 years. food is always nice and fresh. $6plus is reasonable for a piece of fish these days.my chips are always nice so i guess you must of placed a phone order and were late picking them up for them to be cold.

This shop cooks your order when you order so i don't know how people can say the chips are cold and stale. my experience here is good because you pay for what you get, great tasting fish and chips.

Tried this fish and chip shop for the first time. we had friends over for dinner and thought we would give it a try. the least i can say was it was quite embarassing! very very very expensive. would not of minded as much if the food was decent quality but was far from it. the chips were stale, cold and horrible and the fish was gross. would never recommend nor would i ever go back!
