The restaurant has no atmosphere whatsoever.... food is bland and tasteless, the chicken chow mein tastes like it come out of a dumpster and there were fuckin' bones in it!!!! absolute dog shit... will never order food from there again.

So sick of the rude fat bitch at the counter! i was in there one night my oder cost over $160 and while we were sitting waiting for it my younger sister accidebtly knocked the sauce on the table over, she went and got some napkins to clean it without making a fuss and this rude fat cow shook her head went and got spray and a cloth and says to us "look the tables are for eating at, get over there and wait for your order" so i said "there's no need to be rude, she was cleaning up the mess" and the cow then says to me "well she shouldn't be playing with it" i then said, "she wasn't playing with it, it was an accident don't be so rude we are paying customers with a very expensive order" she then turns around and says "i don't care, get over there!" we then went in there again tonight with a big order and she tell me we can't get a certain meal because she is too busy.. she stuffed up our order and when we told her she blamed us! we asked for it to be re made and she gave us a $9 credit for the next time we go in there. $9 is ridiculous! next time i will jump the counter and punch the fat cow in the face!! i hope she reads this too!

I have been to this take away a number of times and every time i go there is this ugly rude fat mole who bosses all the staff around. she need a fucking chill pill. i walked in one day and she was fucking swearing her head of at other staff n she doesn't even own the shop. and she was doing all this while other customers were in there shop... i suggest who ever likes to go to sing hung to avoid being served by this bitch i think her name was shayne maree . do not be fooled by this over grown pimple i have seen her dozens of times being rude to everyone.. and she just seconds from bursting. the 2 younger girls there are awesome always smiling and i'm amazed they can when the cow is there.

I am a regular customer and have been for some time. i choose to eat there because i have never been disappointed with the food, or price. apart from one of the ladies working there who comes across as pretty rude, it is a great place to eat. thumbs up.

 Rude older front lady won't be going back

I have been a regular customer for quite some time (several years) and with out a doubt everytime i go in to pick up my order you hear and see older short chubby lady (shayne maree) with her skin tight shirt on looking down at the other works and speaking to the chinese men like they are worthless, i have even heard hee speak rudely about other customers whilst waiting for my order i wonder if she says stuff about myself once i'm gone like she does to others, one night in particular did it for me i was talking to the young taller solid dark haired girl (dana) whilst ordering my food and she was rudely told to stop chatting by shayne maree, dana had only just greeted me and was asking me what i was after, i could tell by the looked on danas face she was another by it and you could cut the air with a knife, i placed my order than sat in the waiting room dana brung my order out to me once it was ready n i said sorry to her for getting her in trouble, dana didn't comment just said it was ok when i was walking out a lady whom was waiting for her order said to me 'have a bit of trouble with the other lady ?' do than we began chatted about how rude she is and she so bad for business she shouldn't be in a customer service roll sing hung is going down hill more n more im really over her poor customer service n than when she is being nice you can tell it's so fake, please get rid i'd her for you own good sing hung better off without her

Older short lady was very rude and speaks to other workers like they are dogs she needs an attitude adjustment.the girl with dark hair was much more pleaseant and had excellent customer service skills

I agree...front lady is so rude we called up for an order and said to hurry up and pick it up was very blunt cause they stop cooking at nine i rang at 7:45 it was plenty of time..and after all that had to wait for the food. i wont go there as long as she is still there really put me off

For take away, e. maitland has a pretty good pick of shops, both the usual big names in fast food and local establishments too. when i'm in the mood for chinese though, sing hung is my first pick.
being so close to greenhills the location is easy to access (i live local) and i adore their special fried rice. my other usual order is the braised chicken & cashew. i happily recommend both. my parents love the beef in black bean sauce and the honey chicken.
i don't eat in nor am i a very regular customer but when i come to pickup my order everything looks clean and in good order.
