I went to this restaurant last sunday and i could see their big sign above the store and inside were even more big signs , the signs i must say are very convineint for those who dont have that good of an eye sight , when i went in i was greeted by a teenage girl and she was very kind and was patient as i decided what i was going to order , i ordered the the family combo for my family and they were already done just under 20 minutes . and i hadnt even finished my magazine that they have outside for you to read. when i went home with the food , my family said that it was delicious and they would come here any time. i think you people should try this and see whats inside for ur self .

I assume this is the rio grande esta.
at rio grande we have had mixed results of the ribs /corn package. some times the corn is over cooked and the ribs are precooked and slathered with a sauce after the fact not cooked with it. it does bother me that they sit in a big plastic container on the side of the grill -- doesnt feel very sanitary.
i wouldn't mind some real sides of texas fair, such as potato salad or coleslaw.
cant really say there is any atomosphere. - dining room is either in the same room as the grill/kitchen or outside on a bleak looking patio.

The service here is very good they are fast servers and have a good smile and are always nice , you can see what they are making because you can be able to see and the food is real good , it isnt like other ribs shops they sells pizzas, ribs, mexican and pasta. they have a bigger variety of food than other restaurants. so i recomend you go to this wonderful restaurant
