I ordered two vegetarian pizzas, and as is sometimes the case, one of them came with meat on it. this in itself is annoying, but generally sorted out with a quick phone call.
after calling back and explaining the situation, i had to wait for a call from the manager who claimed to have made the pizza himself, and that it definitely had no meat on it.
after some arguing, i managed to convince him to send someone over to pick up the pizza and replace it. about half an hour later someone showed up...with another, different meat pizza.
absolutely ridiculous. rude manager, terrible service. you expect something quick, easy and hassle-free from pizza hut, but the surry hills store offered nothing of the sort.
