Staff at pizza bella roma seated my partner and i straight away,menus and water were brought to our table within 2 minutes of us being seated, and our waitress was delightful. the resturaunt was clean and tidy even though it was very busy, being 9pm. we ordered a gormet pizza (pollo vernese, hopefully thats spelt right) the staff were very abliging to our request to remove the mushrooms, and the pizza was on our table in less than 5 minutes. when it came time to leave, payment was easy and fast with their eftpos facilities. all in all, a wonderful dinning experience. thank you pizza bella roma.

The food was salty, the new manager is rude. the staff are to scared to have a conversation with you now as the manager is eyeing them the whole time,did'nt see any regular diners there i can see why.

A restaurant without eftpos facilities

My rife i have is that fact that this restautant does not have eftpos facilities so if you wish to pay with credit card you can't. what busy bussling restaurant these days doesn't have eftpos facilities.

Staff need better training. one staff member didn't know what penne pasta was and had to consult another waitress (this is an italian restaurant). we went for a late afternoon meal on 1 june, being a public holiday there is a 15% surcharge. the spicy beef tagliatelli wasn't spicy and quite bland. the veal with mushrooms comes with your choice of salad or chips. i ordered salad to receive half a head of lettuce, a bit ridiculous really. there was also an order of large mussels and small mussels which turned out to be very bland and watery. not like it used to be. when they came out the waitress didn't know which was which. when it came time to pay the bill they had charged for two large mussels. we had to ask for water, ask for the drinks we ordered and the bread that was to come with the mussels. the food came out at very different times. we have been going on and off for about 20 years, never again.

We went to this venue every friday for 14 years untill the new oner's took over what a mess and the staff became rude we no longer saw the regular diners finally we decided to end dineing there ourself a lot more but won't bother now
