We have been visiting pele's pizza's for 6 years and every time the pizza has been delicious with lots of flavour. good old fashioned pizza, takes 20 - 30 minutes to make and cook, so best to phone beforehand. tables and chairs for those who prefer to dine-in. prices are reasonable.

We were looking for a good pizza place in mandurah. thought we found, but no. got told 20 till order would be ready, so we sat outside and wait the 20 minutes. went back inside and watch as our pizza's got made and waited another 20 minutes. then they forgot prawns on one of the pizza's and the garlic bread wasn't put on when the pizza's were. grab the pizza's and left. they can have the garlic bread.... won't be going back.

I remember when peles was the talk, visiting mandurah? had to get peles. since the change of ownership the quality has dropped but the price omgosh way too much. can get a restaurant pizza cheaper.

Prices have gone up again. qualitly has dropped hugely in the last couple of years. it used to be a family run business even then they were hit and miss. seems to be run by half trained dominos rejects these days. dont waste your money or time, they take ages to make over priced slop!

Peles pizza - looking after locals?

Peles pizza is a local take away for residents of mandurah. competing against the larger brands who have a strong presence in mandurah, what can they offer? the most logical proposition would be good value for money. i would suggest that while the quality of the pizzas was acceptable, they did not constitute value for oney. size vs cost doen't match up. further, it is clear that little work has been done inside the shop to make it more inviting to patrons. this is not the type of outlet where people phone in advance, therefore i would suggest the interior needs some work. some patrons sit outside the venue on the curb or in theri car. i regret to conclude that i lean towards the larger brands even though their premises may be further distance away. i think that peles could make some small adjustments and attract and retain some loyal patrons.
