place is busy. food is fresh. staff have fun together. very friendly. everything cooked to order.

I know the family that owns the joint and as well as the the two sons working there both the parents work everyday. they do not have a daughter. best burgers in the east, completely tops everything else, you can give them a break for not giving you there time when theyve got 40 plus hungry customers on a sunday

I agree with the other comment about the rude daughter, we have ordered there a few times, the first time she told us we were ordering too many chips in a rude tone and practically insisted we change the order to which i told her , we would like what we ordered please ( three hungry teenagers at home) !!! however didnt appreciate having to explain why we wanted a large chips. other times they have been very abrupt but yes the food is great and if you can over look the attitude and gasps of horror if you order a lot of chips its good.

This little shop is so yum!i am not a burger gal, and i love all the lovely fresh salad stuffed into each burger, and the rolls are so nice.
the chips are amazingly crisp and beautiful. the people who work here work really bloody hard non-stop so maybe they don't have time to ask you how you are feeling today or give free counselling!!??? i'm not sure who that person was talking about (re; 'rude daughter' ) but i've been going here for ages and i'm guessing this reviewer must have been the rude one??? i've always found them pretty pleasant and very busy..the sign of great food. phone your order in though to save heaps of time.

Out of the blue calls itself a fish and chip shop, but the main event here is the burgers. the chicken and bacon burger is the pick of the bunch, and how a burger should be, with garlic mayo, substantial salad, and a real bread roll. not some soft marshmallow rubbish. for 8 bucks, its a bargain. the fish and chips are also very good, with special attention given to providing actual fish (not shark) and cooking it well.
it is wonderful to see a chipper putting in such effort with their ingredients and quality. unfortunately, all this effort means they have to close monday and tuesday. you have been warned!
for the best chicken burgers and some damn good fish, you don't have to look further than out of the blue.
