This is my closest mcdonalds n i am a frequent visitor, although after tonight i would only visit again to give them a piece of my mind n smack the smug smiles off the bitchy staffs faces, but it seems that 80% of the time something in the order is missing, wrong or so poorly made that i wouldn't feed it to my dog. tonight for example i order a large nuggets value meal with bbq sauce n a box of cookies, pretty simple right?? well apparently not, i get home to find no cookies n a sweet n sour sauce!! might seem like a small error but i basically donated $1 to the restaurant as i didn't get the cookies n didn't enjoy my semi warm meal because it wasn't exactly what i ordered. if i wanted sweet n sour sauce i would've fucking asked for sweet n sour. if i don't check my order every time then i get home to disappointment. if i fucked up like that in my job i'd be out on my ass in no time. fucking get it together werrington maccas, i have only dealt with two staff there that are pleasant, helpful n get shit right n i wish i knew their names cause they deserve a medal for enduring the other fuckwits they have to work with.

2 ot of the last 3 times i have bee through the drive through they have screwed up majorly. tonight they missed a burger completely, did not put bacon on a baocon chicken deluxe, and had half a serve of chips spilt through. i rang to complain in which my complaint was awnsered by a manager who sounded annoyed that she had to talk to me and was rude. will be taking an extra drive to mulgoa rd next time.

the rejects that work here cannot even flip a burger correctly
a mc chicken with no lettuce comes with about 4whole lettuce on it and no sauce. fucking morons

Egg missing from sausage and egg mcmuffin

I drop in to this mcdonalds very often to pick up a sausage and egg mcmuffin on the way to work. this particular morning, got to work to find the egg had been left out. went back within two days, asked to talk to manager, told her what had happened and asked for a refund. she said sorry she couldn't give a refund, but next time it happens to ring up immediately. i replied that there will not be a next time.
