Using the drive through of macdonalds regularly, i have noticed that they do not read your order to you when you pick it up. the majority of the time the order is wrong. the order being in a brown paper bag is impossible to check without opening the bag, still they just shove it in your face, i have actually found a couple of times if i didn't lean back i would have had a burger on my forehead. the staff get very annoyed when your check your bag before driving off as you are holding up the drive through, however if they did their job correctly i wouldn't have to do this. when they miss part of the order and are told, there is never an apology, just a look like you are being difficult, sorry for expecting to receive what i have ordered and paid for. some staff training is badly needed in this shop. the staff are often rude at the pick up window. nambour macdonalds really do let the franchise down.

Chips cold, burgers slapped together, the cheese of the big mac was more stuck to the box than part of the burger. the whole burger was sitting on one single pickle inside the box, and the meat pattie was folded in half this too was attached more to the box than the burger. we have noticed that macdonalds nambour is declining in burger production, as it is normal practice for us to buy macdonalds on the way home after shopping so we visit there once or twice every week.
