I decided to give this mcdonalds another chance but i wish i hadn't bothered. the service has been progressively getting worse over the last 6 months. the staff seem untrained. they seem to really not know what they are doing. until there is new management at this store i will not be back.

Dropped in thurs 28/3/13 7am & what a disgusting site, food remains everywhere, filthy tables chairs floors... it was everywhere, even staring at the counter staff who are oblivious to filth, had they been mobbed by a herd of elephants overnight?? even the toilet seat was broken away from the pedestal- what kind of management is at this place? & as for the service...that's a rude word for this operation, i waited and waited and waited, never again

I don't usually complain but something has to be done to improve this maccas...
visited a month ago...premises needed a good clean...filthy windows, doors and benches. not many staff...service slow...food ok...(not many customers in store)
visited today...premises clean this time...service extremely slow..staff looked as though they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing....had to wait 15 mins for 2 chicken bacon deluxe meals.....(once again not overly busy).....food terrible...1 small piece of tomato...hardly any mayo...all the lettuce was brown...
what's happened people...i have been a customer from day one and the state of this business is really terrible lately...
someone needs to take a serious look at the way it is being managed.
extremely disappointed!!!!!
