For the one hundred time can you guys at mcdonalds hastings get it right . i dont know what is going on in there but service is not one of them . for god sake it not rocket science. get some decent staff and some decent training and managers . what a let down for hastings

Dont know whats going on there in the drive thru, 3 different visits
1. order a double cheese meal and get no fries, 2. no straw for coke 3. wrong change some of the people taking orders need some manners

I had to wait 15 minutes in the line and i understand that they were busy but even when i got my food the chips were old and really salty and the food wasnt presented quite well and when i complained to one of the managers but the name of carly, not to sure her last name, she just didnt want to here it and was quite rude and when i asked to speak to the store manager that is when she replaced my food.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff member who found my wallet when i lost it outside your store a week ago and i went back in today for lunch and had it handed back. thank you for your kindness and honesty :)
