Customer service with a capital c

I go through your driveway most mornings, and every morning i am met with a smile, by beautifully spoken young man who goes by the name of josh. i have to harp on his use of the english language and pronunciation, no such thing as gonna, doin, or hey, yeah. i go through at about 06:00 which is early but he is never grumpy, always happy, such a joy to come into contact with a young man of this calibre. please pass on my sincere thanks...........he will surely remember me, sausage & egg and large coffee with 3 sugars. :-) thank you josh you do your parents proud. regards, gail chancellor
