Bad service
While visiting the echuca restaurant at 23:00non the 01/09/11 i found myself standing at the counter for 5 minutes before being served, the serviced i recieved was far from friendly, when my order arrived, again the service was far from friendly and my food was promptly pushed onto the counter, again no frienly service. i am myself a manager of large local store, i pride myself in the customer servive my team and myself provide. i think there should be review of the customer sevice standards in your echuca store, i look forward to recieving better service in the future. regards. tim.
