I was very happy with the service provided at the harbourside mcdonalds. i got my food within a couple of minutes and the staffs were really friendly. i would definitely recommend this restaurant.

 Replacing my large fries with a medium fries

I couldn't believe what i was hearing when i heard resturant manager by the name of nonny telling me that she decided to replace my large fries that i complained about for being soggy with medium fries. i lost my temper for the first time ever in a restaurant in my life..
i have never received worse service than this anywhere else.. i threw the medium fries at the counter and gone off.

It took me over 20 mins to be served. i was overcharged and had to ask for a refund and when the food finally came half the order was incorrect. there are pigeons running all over the place and the floor and surrounds where very dirty. i would never go there again.
