Simple order- 2 hamburgers, one happymeal with six nuggets at drive thru . they try to pass me two happy meals - no i only ordered one. ok park and we will bring out. they then bring out $$ they overcharged me. where are my two burgers. out she comes again with one burger. no two burgers. back one more time. just hopeless!!

This store has to be one of the worst for service i have experienced. i have never had good service.
you order a happy meal either to be tolde there are no toys left, they only have girls toys left or we are getting rid of the old stock anf thye are the only toys they are giving out.
i go throught the drivr thru most of the time to be told there is a wait on the food and after 10 mins get my food and aqsk if the fries ar efresh to be told yes but they are stone cold and when ypu go back in to complain you are tried to be made to look like an idiot.
the staff at the windowas are to busty chatting to even hear you call out to them amd are most ticked off when you dsiturb then from there chat.
i was in the store and ordergot some of ther order then stood around waiting for the rest of my order seeing people come in after me and receive there orders only when i asked where was the rest of my order was only to be told sorry we forgot the other part of your order.
these are only a few of the experience, i am sure my complaint will not be taken serious as they never are in this store.
what has happened to customer service.
