Couldn't believe it!

I will make my comment short and to the point.my husband and on 21 january around 7.30 stopped at the mcdonalds south store and purchased 2 pieces of chicken, small fries and an aussie burger. the chicken was so old and dry we through it out, fries were cold and believe it or not, my burger had no meat in it! they staff not busy with customers but too busy socialising, definately won't return there again.oh and one more thing, the tables were dirty and the bins were overflowing.

I dont get why you all winge and b***h about the service that you receive at places like mcdonalds. i used to work at a mcdonalds resaurant, and i can tell you one thing, its not easy! youll often find, you have managers always out either serving or helping the "boys" out the back to make the burgers and so forth.
you complain that the food is cold, well, hang on a sec, if you wanted hot food, make it at home! we cant gaurantee that by the time the food is consumed by you, that itll be hot.
ill give you an example, our fries, have to be sold within 7 minutes of them being cooked, otherwise they go to waste, theyre no good. what's that tell you?! not to drive the 10 minute drive home, but to eat your food when you get it.
fast food, is fast food. its cooked quick. had grap loads of things added to it, just to keep it fresh, and yet you complain becauswe its cold.
another thing, maccas only has on just over the bare minimum of staff on for each shift. shift overlap and often the staff are asked to stay back because others wont come in to work.
i used to always complain about how slow they were, but after working there, i now know why. so next time you decide to bag the staff, think about the fact that people are making your meal for you! not the other way around. so, get of your high horses and either, fix your own meals, dont bloody well eat at maccas, or appreciate the fact you actually get food at all

I have used this outlet on many occassions and have never been given exactly what i have ordered. more often than not the food is cold, the lettuce is brown and wilted. the service leaves a lot to be desired as the staff are busy discussing their personal lives.
in the past i have ordered burgers and have requested seedless buns because of an allergy but was given sesame seeds. this is not acceptable. i feel it is about time management fixed this problem.
today i ordered 1choc shake and got a lemonade, 1 mini crisp snack wrap and got a cheeseburger.
word is spreading and it will not be good for business.
purchased a grand angus, nothing fancy about it. i have a photo if you would like to see it. it would appear to be false advertising

I went to the drive thru at coffs harbour north and was promptly served then directed to the next window were a young girl re checked my order within seconds in had my food and it was all correct it took a few mintues and was very friendly and fast service

Hopeless service

I went to the copffs south drive through restaurant 6/2/09 at 8.am. i had to wait far too long to place the order, then i was directed to the second window, then i had a further long wait till a young girl came and then asked me to go to another window. i was given my order only to find out when i got to work that it was the wrong order. i orders a bacon and egg mcmuffin, 1 x latte, 1 x bacon and egg roll and 1 x large black coffee. what i received was 2 x bacon and egg mcmuffins, 2 hash browns, and the coffee's. there was obviously not enough staff on duty or they were asleep. i dont know whether i would have breakfast there again if i have to wait so long for "drivethrough" service and then not get what i have paid for. get it right or i will go to subway or the new shop down the road.
