Dissappointing experience

Marti zuccos at north hobart did not live up to the recommendation last sunday night. not only was the food bland and watery the service was less than one would expect with over an hour wait between bread and the main course. based on my experience and the indifference of the manager to my concerns i could not give it more than one star.
