Used to love lau's but quality of food has dropped off dramatically in past 4 - 5 years. fried rice pre-cooked and tasteless and sits in foam boxes for hours. a couple of prawns get sprinkled ontop when you purchase. it looks and tastes no different to dried out boiled rice some nights!
last time we ordered home made spring rolls they were so revolting we could not eat them. have also had food (chicken & pork) that tastes old and a bit off.
please pick up your game lau's. your mum would be disgusted in the food quality.
it's very hard to complain in person so i hope they read this.

Our family used to live in bradbury and had laus chinese at least twice a month.the best chinese that ive ever had,i wish they would move up to caboolture qld.i havent had decent chinese since i moved up here.please move up here mrs lau,i miss your pork in ginger sauce and your satay.you are the best!
