On friday 23/12/2011 i complained about buying a 12 piece meal and only received 11 pieces,i was told a voucher for the other piece would be sent but to date i have recieved nothing is this another case of yae yae. now p--- off
interested to see if this gets posted on your reviewes

The service was great i was in and out in under 4 minutes with every thing i ordered correct and i got a mega bucket plus there getting krushers in soon that should be great i think it was 100% champs

Actually what they would have been looking at was the deployment sheet posted on the wall, so as to see which station they would be working at for the night i.e. front, drive through. the roster sheet is located in the staff room which cannot be seen by any customers. get your facts right bud. i dont understand how peopl complain about a place yet keep going back, if you dont like it dont go there, dont bitch about it.?

Another order wrong

Once again the order was wrong after waiting 10 mins for our meal we travelled 5km home to discover one meal was completely missing and the burger on one meal had almost nothing on it this is the first time i have sent a complaint in but it is becoming a very regular type of service complaint when your brassall store is mentioned.put one at yamanto, train the right staff and as in my business regulary check and survey your staff and customers otherwise people just might shop somewhere else.my 10 year old twin son was not happy.

The staff member who served me was well mannered and got my order out within 2 minutes, the food was hot fresh and delicious. i will be visiting this store for many times to come good work kfc brassall
