Disgusted lost customer.

I took my grandchildren for dinner,the shop is filthy.i hope the kitchen is cleaner than the shop.the playground is a disgrace and as far as i am concerned a safety issue with a square hole in the floor just waiting for someone to trip over and hurt themselves.this hole has been here for quite some time,does a child have to get hurt before it is fixed.?
