I know what im talking about with this place, the chicken here is as good as any other place i've been in melbourne.
the servings are very reasonable in size for the price, don't get me wrong this isn't a cheap chicken place, its on the high side, but you will get value for money.
most of the staff are friendly, and in reply to "pathetic", is it not possible that what happened to you was merely human error?
i that the senior staff member there has once actually forgottent to charge me for a meal there, (was corrected when i went there the next week).

Charged more than advertised... employee told me not to come back... chicken cold... 2 minutes to get home, chicken already cold... food incorrect as to advertised... what can i say? 1st and last time visit!
