Absolutely atrocious.

I would consider myself and my family to be regular and loyaly customers to ellena's and most of the time we have been satisfied with the quality of food provided. however, there were human hairs scattered through our food this time, not only that but they couldn't even manage to get the order correct in the first place. absolutely digusting. whoever is in charge of this place needs to get their act together.
