When i got home i found missing pieces of chicken, i went back after ringing them only to find they got the order wrong again, maybe they don't know the difference between the chicken pieces im not sure but after driving home then back, getting frustrated and angry we didn't recieve any free food for the hassle, so i suggest everyone check their food before leaving otherwise you may be very dissappointed and be left with no choice but to give them a bad review. next time i visit i will make sure they know their pieces of chicken and will have to check what i ordered is correct, you just can't trust them.

I have been a patron of this establishment since it opened. however my experience tonight has been extraordinary. in the past, mistakes were made on my order but the manager/owner bill was quite nice and apologetic that i never went back to make a claim. a mistake was made on my order tonight and when i rang to complain, firstly no apologies were made, they only offered to give me the missing pieces next time or for me to drive back. the manager john, started raising his voice and as i yelled back, he hang up on me. as i returned to the store, he confronted me and started to yell at me again in front of other customers. at the end, i got the replacement chicken and the other lady at the chip fryer who i would say helps run the place,yells as well, tells me never to return and calls me an idiot.
for one, i will never return to this store and neither will any of my family or friends that live in the area. the current management in this store need to know how to deal with customer complaints.

theie chicken is great the side are great the service is fantastic and friendly
we never go to kfc anymore they beat them hands down
