Quality falls at the end of the shift

The quality of chen's cuisine seems to be dependent on the time and which end of the shift it is oredered. twice now when i order at the end of the shift, half an hour before closing time, the quality seems to be unacceptable. the last order half an hour before resulted in a very poor tasting food. either the proper chef's leave the kitchen to amateurs or they become complacent. i think the quality should remain the same throughout..........
