I would be a little cautious about this chook shop as the times that i have bought chicken there i have found that it is always a little pink inside, sometimes even bloody. this suggests to me that they under-cook them to keep them juicy. i would think that this may lead to salmonella poisoning, but this could all be dependent on how hot they cook the chicken and how long it sits in the display. on another note, i have found that when i am in the shop at the same time as an asian person, they appear to get more in their orders than what caucasian people do (asian business owner - reverse discrimination?????) - avoid because of the first issue.
