Hi,i ordered a margarita pizza today .. it was really sad .. the base was so thick full of salt and burnt ..i feel sorry for myself

Recently visited capriccio pizza after a 6 month absence coz i was told that the business had recently changed hands. upon arrival i immediatley noticed the place had been given a face lift. new signage, a fresh coat of paint and the addition of al fresco dining. they now sell coffee which i didn't get a chance to try, but if there standard of food is anything to go by then the coffee should taste great! the staff were very welcoming and plesant. i ordered my pizza and thought i would give there pasta another try. i was told the new owner is a chef, so i gave the carbonara another go. my first experience with the carbonara from the previous management left a foul tast in my mouth. my pizza was was delicious. ample topping, but not to much(hate pizza shops that think by putting on a kilo of ham makes the pizza taste better!). a very tasty crust that left a great after taste. the presentation of the pizza was what got me. the balance of ingredients was, in such a way, that you tasted every ingredient on the pizza with every bite! care was taken and the topping wasn't just thrown on. it was visually great to look at and the taste was fantastic!! now, that carbonara, only one way to describe it, sublime! it spent 15mins in the car on the way home and i ate it like like it had just been prepared, the pasta was not over cooked and the sauce was smooth and silky telling me that they hadn't overcooked the egg!
to the young girl who made our pizza, great job, and to the chef, my carbonara was sublime. i await eagerly the introduction of your new menu.
i strongly suggest you give them a go! you wait a few minutes extra, but it is totally worth it!

You see i have been to many resturants and i have to say that capriccio pizza is the absolute worst place ever first their service is terrible second they a way to pricey and third they never listen to youre order so in conclusion capriccio pizza is the worst resturant ive ever been to. this was a reveiw bu cameron naylor
