 So much for awards!! terrible!!

Ordered in shop at 6.00pm then decided to get our 2yr old home and have food delivered. was told would be 45mins. an hour and a half later and child having to eat something else and going to bed, rang to ask where our order is and told it was just leaving shop now. another 20 mins later (5 min trip max) now 7.50pm it arrived. obviously it had been made and just sitting around. it was the driest and worst pizza we have ever had... and the most expensive to boot! gnocchi had all absorbed and stuck together. one big dough ball. obviously had changed hands or has gone down hill since getting their so called awards.... will never return!

I went to bojangles last week even after reading the review posted by tim (2/02/09). i must say that we had a great meal and good time. perhaps it's changed hands or changed chefs, because we were a large table, and amongst our order we did actually have the carbonara and a seafood pasta pan (thought it was under $30 and was only for 1 person - a two person one wasn't available anymore). the carbonara was an egg carbonara (cream carbonara is my biggest hate in this world - it's a very dumbed down version of a delicate italian pasta) and was superb. the pasta pan was light and tasty, with hints of lemon and tomato. we also had a chicken dish that was a stuffed ball of chicken with mash, pea puree and carrot puree. very delicious. the service was just great. we'll be back for sure

Dined in 31/01/09. the seafood-pasta pan for 2 people is $40 but hardly feeds 1 person. it tasted sickly sweet & tangy with a sauce of watered down tomato sauce with tasteless thawed out prawns, mussels and a few slices of calamari. the fettucine carbonara tasted like pasta drenched in cheddar cheese. do these people even know what a cream sauce is?? overall we were hugely dissapointed. shame on you, bojangles!!!
