Blanchards was a pleasure to eat at. the staff were well dressed and very helpful, and the food was magnificent. we sat in a terrific atmosphere and watched the beautiful water scenery which surrounded the restaurant. an absolute pleasure.

 Great view, disappointing food

We had seafood entrees, squid was tough, prawns were not firm and tasted strange, linguine accompanying prawns was tasteless.
for mains my partner had the seafood medley with pasta, again the seafood was disppointing, scallops the size of 5c peices, it was like seafood carbonara, with less taste, for $30. sirloin steak was ok (just ok) and cooked properly.
we felt sick the next day.

The food was ok but it took a while to get and there was only another couple in the restaurant. the service was terrible!!!
