Big als pizza rowville your theives. pizza arrived wrong. female manager called me a lier over the phone, said i ticked remove the ham and pineapple from a ham and pineapple pizza. paid full price and more for a cheese and tomato pizza. refused to fix so we were left with half of a hal n half pizza for dinner. your app is wrong, your stealing from customers leaving them no way of getting a refund. pay up front, great for big als, but not good for customer, they just refuse to fix the problem.

Untill tonight i loved big als.
unfortunately when i called to order my food the girl put the phone down to work out my price and i could hear her making fun of me to another staff member, i was quite upset over this (obviously) so my boyfriend called them back and asked to speak to a manager, she was extremely un helpful and rude to him as well. she then called me back to confirm i wanted my order still, charged me the same price and refused to do anything about the rude staff member,
i would have been happy with an apology but i did not even receive that from staff member or manager

Order a thin crisp vegetarian pizza and it was the worst pizza we ever had. the base was exteremely soggy. topping was aweful and was smelling rotten. there was no taste at all.
when called to give a feedback, the girl was rude and did not want to admit that it moight have been a case.
never order from here.....

Their pizza was ok but the rest of what we ordered was terrible. the chips were uncooked and the calamari was shameful! by the time i managed to cut through it, it was impossible to chew through it. when i called to complain the lady seemed very apologetic and said we could come down for a credit or a refund. my husband went to collect the refund and one of the workers (i assume the 'chef') argued with him, stating that that was how they cook their calamari for all customers. he then proceeded to only refund for an entree size when we ordered a main.
i would never recommend or return to this business.
