 Overpriced, overcooked and lacks customer service

Ordered fish and chips, the chips we're ok but i definitely was not given spanish mackerel that i paid for more along the lines of flake nice and rubbery was also small piece not happy next time i'll cook it myself

Very unsatisfied after purchasing two bacon and egg and salad burgers .. i was robbed $12 for half a piece of bacon .. the egg was in pieces .. one slice of beetroot and one slice of tomato. i returned to the iga with my burgers only to have the extremely rude attendant tell me there was nothing wrong with my burgers and what's my problem with them ... i told her to keep her rubbish and i'd have my money back .. i only went back to have her remake them it after her poor customer service skills i won't be shopping at another iga .. another very disappointed customer

I recently had a bad experience at this iga. the shop's eftpos was not working and the staff member told me " you gotta get money from the cash machine" excuse me!!! this costs me money. my bank will charge me to take money from the cash machine. the problem was that the staff member should have been able to offer something else other than directing me to the machine to then cost me more money. i take this as a lack of service. i refused and went to the shop next door to get cash out. she then was quite rude to me when i tried to explain to her that i was not angry with her but did not wish to be charged extra because their machine was not working. i am a regular customer to this store and am known by the staff. all i wanted was an alternative to using the cash machine but it was not offered.!!! please think of alternatives for your customers in cases like this as because of this unhappy experience i will not be in this store again!!
