Rude service and bad pizza

I ordered vegetarian pizza twice from pizza hut gordon, and twice had ham on it. i was told i would get a complimentary pizza after deciding to complain the second time. when i went to the store the guy working there was rude and told me i had to ring the hotline myself. after ringing the hotline they told me i was not entitled to one. i will just go to dominoes after that service, it ends up costing them in the long run a lot more than one pizza
