There was a cockroach in our food and the chef (possibly owner) did not apologise and said it was a common lettuce pest and ripped up our docket in front of the restaurant saying "after 10 years you have a go at me? i know what you're saying but i don't want to hear about it". unbelievable. after being a long term customer of 20+ years they have shown they have bad hygiene and do not care at all about customer service. we are directly reporting this to the nsw food and health authority. had the customer service had been better we would have left it at that. be warned- do not go here.
