 La pizzetta provides poor service

Worst customer service ever. would not recommend this pizza place to anyone. i ordered a delivery from here and they gave me a completely different order, when i called up to ask for a replacement to be delivered they straight out denied that the pizza was wrong and told me to check it properly. the owner was so confident that i had the right order that he had even offered to give 10 free pizzas if he were wrong. after refusing to accept that i'd got the right order, the owner finally asked for me to bring it down. i walked to the pizza place late at night in the cold to prove that i'd been given the wrong order. he apologized briefly and then replaced the pizza, not meantioning the deal we made about the free pizzas. he even refused to give something extra to cover the cost of delivery that i had just paid even though i had to walk down to get my order anyway. the owner even swore at me, telling me to "f*** off" and stating that "this place isnt a charity" upon my request for a refund on delivery. the service was ridiculous and as a regular i don't appreciate being spoken to like that, it was so inappropriate. i use to go there at least once a week, sometimes even three times a week. but i solely swear i will never purchase from there again. i understand that these things happen and people make mistakes, but the way in which he dealt with it was so unprofessional. he just lost a very royal customer.

The pizzas are always overcooked and cut poorly and generally made poorly. no effort is put into it. the pastas are really terrible too. especially the cabonara. these reviews are also all obviously by the store owner.
