The service is so slow and takes a long time to be served and to get an order when you walk in . we often go drivethrough and our order has things missing more often than not.you ring up and all they say is sorry come back and we will fix the order, meanwhile the rest of the order goes cold and you are out of pocket for your time and running the car back than what the the missing food is worth.

They're lucky they're the only kfc in the nowra region or else they'd lose business fast. i went in there the other day and not only was half my order missing, but this red haired girl was so rude to me! she looked and acted like she didn't want to be there at all. the chips were soggy with no salt on them (and i asked for extra salt) and the chicken was greasy and undercooked. i only get popcorn chicken from there now.

My prefrence of fast food is kfc we have fast food once a week but as i have a large family of 7 i normaly dont get out of there without spending $60.00 or more but im sick of getting home to find im missing some of my order 8 out of the last 10 times ive been to kfc south nowra i havnt recieved all my order i find anything over an ultimate meal the staff cant get it right if i could go somewhere else to get my kfc i would although im getting used to eagle boys pizza
