Driver called from brighton east staying at the front door whoops wrong suburb then took a further 15-20mins to get to us, by then the food was cold & driver didn't care. i'm sure it would have been nice but not when we got it, instead cold and therefore expensive, very disappointed terrible customer experience

I tried to order from the babu website like five times and i wasn't getting any verification code. so i signed up to menu mate and did it through that and that worked but i didn't get a delivery estimate time and when i completed the order it said error... so i didn't know if it was actually coming or not. in the end, it came and it was very fast. great service with that. i got like 5 verification codes at like 12pm so i wasn't putting in the wrong number or anything... i suggest you guys fix that delay.

The burgers were amazingly tasty, but we found the price is a bit too high, around $20 for a burger without chips included. unfortunately, chips were not nice, overcooked and dry, also had that old oil smell... could do with some improvement. would definitely order burgers again!

First time home delivery was excellent - importantly hot (heat)and on time. taste & presentation fabulous. 2nd time still great flavour but not so hot - like we were last delivery of several - disappointing to pay premium for luke warm food.

The burgers where definitely better than i was expecting, but the fries was a little disappointing - a bit soggy, like it had been sitting out for a while. maybe this is because we did delivery and the lid on the container retains the steam? not sure.
delivery was much faster than advertised too, which is a definite plus.
the "sauce collection" was good too. overall i'd go back, but not in a hurry.

We tried babu burgers home delivery yesterday and were very happy with our burgers. delivered quickly and were still warm enough and delicious. the menumate system is confusing though as their receipt didnt clearly show the things we ordered. very convoluted and confusing. thankfully if you ignore their receipt and just carefully select online the correct items did get delivered are we were happy with the process and the food.
