How do I list my restaurant on Menu Mate?
Simply click the "Add Restaurant" link located on the bottom of each page. Then
click on "Click Here to Sign Up for a New Restaurant Listings". You will then be walked through a few easy steps to create your campaign.

Where will my listings appear?
Your listings will show up on the respective pages to the area and cuisine, but will have a more prominent position depending on the type of campaign you run. Click here to see an example of our Listings Products.

How is my ranking / position on the page determined?
Free listings are sorted alphabetically or by the geographical distance to the customer
determined by postcode. Featured listings appear first on the list and are sorted
on a "first come first served" basis. Whenever the page that is requested by a user has more then one featured listings, the first one to register with Menu Mate is the first one to be displayed.

How long will it take for my listing to appear?
You can setup and run your listing to appear immediately once your account is activated.

Can I manage listings for more than one restaurant?
Yes, although you will need to create a unique user name for each listing.

Can I upgrade from a Free Listing to a Featured Listing?
Yes, at any given time you can log in to your administration page and activate or deactivate your featured listing.

How do I pay for a Listing?
One of the steps in the Featured Listings setup process is to input your credit card information. Any information you submit is transmitted using an SSL secure connection. Your credit card will be charged by Menu Mate.
