Tell customers if there is a long wait!!!

On saturday 2nd june i went in for a quarter chicken and chips. i was in the drive thru and there was many cars in front of me. after waiting 5 minutes and no cars moving i decided to park and order inside. i waited another 22 minutes for my meal. very frustrating as i was getting it for someone, on my lunch break. the meal was fine and chips fresh. everyone in the store waiting were tutting and fed-up. please tell customers if there is a wait? this is a fast food outlet and the poor juniors there were not coping with demands.
