Whilst the pizza was ok, the service from this sub par pizza place was disgraceful.
i place an order via the website around 6:30pm, at 8pm when the pizza's were still not delivered i rang the store to find out what was happening, to be told they were very busy but the pizzas were in the shop so hopefully wouldn't be too far away. at 9pm when we rang again, we were told they had not been made yet but we would get them shortly. we did get them, eventually, some time after 10pm we received our dinner. this poor excuse of a shop thought that by sending an extra pizza this would make things ok, unfortunately not! my order was for 2 family pizzas, garlic bread and drink, what was delivered by the incompetent staff was 3 large pizzas, garlic bread and drink. so in the end, there was no real benefit.
i understand that take away businesses can become busy, but over 3 hours to deliver is beyond a joke. to top it off, we were refused a refund, as i had already paid online. safe to say this business will never receive our business again.
