 Laughed so hard at bad customer service review

This is to the bad customer service, i laughed so much, firstly why should anyone be out of pocket for your misfortune. i think it was more than fair to go halves in this situation..why should they be out of pocket. plus im sure they would have waited for you, so their time was wasted... as for the putting the food in the fridge...ummm responsible food handling, its gets thrown out!!... omg some people want something for nothing... and are born whiners.... i would have thrown you out!!..

My husband, myself and my 3 year old paid $36.00 for our fish n chips, advising that we just had to go to safeway as they always take ages to cook food. we got a flat tyre and by the time my husband ran back to the shop it was shut. called the next day and was told that i could have half the money back. went in and asked if they at least put the food in the fridge ? only to be told that you cannot eat fish and chips the next day, you bloody do when you have paid $36.00 for it !!! but then i guess they didn't have to pay for it. i can get the exact same order for $25.00 in fawkner. when i only got $15.00 back i advised that my family and friends who were regulars would not be returning, was told by george that that was fine by him, he didn't care. i did not have a problwm with them closing but i do have a problem that they made me pay $21.00 for food that they threw out and did not even try to keep. no wonder they charge before you pick up your order, unlike most shops. pathetic and very very rude of them !!! no excuse to throw it away. ever tried to call them ? their phone just constantly rings out as well. bad bad service !!!!!!

I always get great service at north street fish shop. they're not stingy with their chicken salt (a huge plus in my eyes haha)and their prices are very fair, along with the great package deals
