 A good place for chinese food in port lincoln

I'm a local and i like the ming inn . the food is fresh and cooked from scratch. there is good variety .it has a family atmosphere . room to move . pleasant staff who actually know about the items on the menu. yes i can recommend. and if you do have to wait a little it is because they are not opening a can or jar to get your meal ready ... having said that i have never had to wait more than 15 minutes.

 Appalling service on business trip

Terrible service which was confirmed by local resident. owner would not discuss this matter with me. had to go to the bar to be serviced a drink. i was told that i had to wait for my food in line with takeaway customers. waitresses are reactive not proactive and there is no allocation between dining and takeaway has separate services. ordered food that was easy and quick to make but laced with disappointment. obviously do not cater for lone dine in customer. next time i will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere in port lincoln. p.s. had to but a 1 star for value for money, atmosphere and service when i did not want too.

The only chinese restaurant in town that actually makes proper chinese dishes. great for take away and dine in. the staff are mostly friendly and service is usually fairly quick. i quite enjoy having a take away family banquet to myself and keeping some in the fridge so i have chinese for the whole weekend!
