My family and i had purchased a meal from woodcroft mcdonalds -not only did we have a hefty wait for our food but only to find that upon biting into my burger i was able to feel something in my mouth, as i pulled the burger from my mouth i was horrified to find a long bright red hair in my burger. i am livered to have found this and am unable to stomach the rest of my meal. i immediately phoned the store. the presumed "manager" to answer the phone was short and rude towards me and completely unsympathetic towards my ordeal. she was repetitive that the person responsible was on her break and will be "spoken to later" and that she "couldn't have put the hair in my burger" as she has her hair tied back, is wearing a hat and was not rostered onto the back area of the store. she did not resolve my issue, nor did she sound genuine when she appologised and all together i am very unsatisfied with the dealings-with of my issue.
never going back there again!

At 8.50 this morning on the way to a job i attended you mcdonalds. i would like to inform you that your staff were not very helpful or friendly? i asked for a cappuccino and asked the girl for a sugar in each she proceeded to point to the counter where there is sugar.usually in other mcdonald stores they will put the sugar in the coffee whilst makeing. then when i received the coffee it was a very strong looking flat white and a said to the blonde girl that is should have been cappuccino and she said no she could not do it as the machine needed to be cleaned out. i am sorry but i feel that this girl should have said she could not supply what i asked and payed for i would have got one from mccafe. i have never experienced such bad service from a mcdonalds store and i suggest that you teach this girl that courtesy and manners do go a long way and if she new that the machine needed cleaning why did she not tell me. i also tried to phone you several times and the call rang out

Waited nearly 10mins in the drivethru for a few burgers which turned out to be stone cold and not edible. pathetic mcdonalds!
