 New heights of customer disservice

I am still absolutely stunned by my one and only visit to this establishment. i entered this shop which i can really only describe as seedy and was immediately asked what i would like. as i had literally just walked in i felt pressured by this person staring at me expecting an immediate answer.
i saw a board with a few managers specials, one being fish and chips with flathead fillets for $10. foolishly i asked if there were other types of fish available as i did not want flathead fillets, which can be somewhat boney.
the individual behind the counter immediately lost any pretence of politeness and actually raised his voice with words to the effect of "flathead is the fish i am using today, if dont want that you can pay for other fish by the kilo". by the time he got to the word kilo he was yelling. i was stunned and suggested that he calm down. he then continued with what was to become a tirade, saying that he wasnt going to be conned by me.
i was virtually speechless at this point. conned?!? did he think i was trying to con him? for what? his life savings? a piece of fish? absolute madness. i told him again to calm down and suggested that he may not have understood the question i asked.
once again i was told that i was conning him and that if i didnt like it i should eat elsewhere as he was a very busy man. i agreed with him at that point that eating elsewhere was an excellent idea and bid him a good day.
as i left his shop i felt embarrassed for him, for me and anyone else who may have witnessed this disgusting scene.
as i was working in the immediate area i related this scene to a few of my customers, a couple of which related similar stories. they assured me that the food quality was below average and in no way compensates for the neurotic tirades of the owner, the person who abused me.
