It is pleasant to walk into a store, be greated with a friendly smile and then be served with really good and fresh food. i tried the pastas and was surprised at the restaurant quality. i am not usually a pizza fan but my kids couldn't get enough.

Since the new owners came in, this place has been run into the ground. we have been long time customers of bolton pizza, and the last 3 times we have been there since the new owners took over, we've had 3 monumental screw ups. the first time we arrived to pick up the order, and they had "forgotten" it, even though it was phoned through 25 minutes earlier. the second time we arrived, they had not even made the pizza. and this time, we received the wrong pizzas. the quality of the pizza has diminished, the service in-store (regardless of there being 6 people behind the counter) is atrocious. i won't be returning, can't believe how bad it is now.

My compliments go out to everyone at bolton pizza! from the moment we entered the shop i got a "hi and how an we help attitude" i ate there when the previous owner was there and the service is 10 times friendlier.
the food was brilliant. you have to try the tandoori chicken pizza i wish i ha a bigger stomach cause it tasted brilliant! only downside to the shop is here is no room to sit and eat there, but it is awesome to see the new owner takes everything seriously and wants to assist any way shape or form!
thanks once again for a memorable pizza night and we will definantly be back!

Adam,
i would like to sincerly apoligise to you for my actions. i have been employed as a driver and it is not my responsibility to make pizzas my actions were inexcusable and i have been made very aware of the repercussions and need to be professional. please dont take this the wrong way and not come here anymore because this place is definitely on the rise. i would like to apoligise yet again for my actions and say that the pizza i was making was for myself and i was at the end of my shift and it wasnt for a customer.

New owners mean this once great pizza shop is now not flash. used to be see you in ten minutes. now its twenty and still not ready. pizzas don't taste as good either. and i just watched a staff member feed himself a hand full of cheese while making someones pizza. not coming back.

Our family has been eating at bolton pizza for the last 7years and never have we been disappointed, all the ingredients are fresh and not frozen unlike the 'cheaper' competitors. very generous on the toppings and the family run business give great service every time - they even recognise my voice on the phone. the pasta's are amazing and the pizza's are great, a must try.

Some of the best pizza in the area with really fresh ingredients that don't bother my sensitive stomach, unlike a lot of other places. kids love it and so do we.

One of the best pizzas in melbourne!! the include huge amounts of toppings and have a great base. would definitely recomend to anybody, and are by far the best pizzas in te area!! :)

Excellent gourmet tandoori pizza, a little bit on the expensive side for a takeaway gourmet pizza $19.00 for a large ( pick up), but nice base and excellent toppings a++, i would like to see the price from this type of pizza to come down to around $15.00.
the shop was clean, and the staff pleasent.

Advice from family led me here; the medium vegetarian we had was pretty good, if a bit heavy on the fetta cheese; less would have been ok, too.
