Best fish & chips in town

We are locals and they have the best fish & chips & hamburgers in town. the owners have been there for approx 5-6 years and they are the most friendly people and have lovely staff. there food is delicious and we have tried them all in echuca and blue pacific is has the best food and best value for money.

Poor food, poorer customer service

I have just spent $18 purchasing 2 souvelakis. the souvelaki wraps were cold and wet, not at all cooked, which made for a horrible meal. i called pacific blue and spoke to the manager who told me that i was wrong and that she had other customers to serve. she was very rude on the phone and didn't care that she had a very unsatisfied customer. a poor meal and unacceptable customer service!
